Businesses across the state can access funding to enhance growth and create jobs, through the third round of the Victorian Government’s Boost Your Business voucher program.

Under the Boost Your Business scheme, small to medium businesses receive vouchers worth up to $50,000 to develop new products and services and provide jobs.

The latest round, opened in early April, includes the Entrepreneurs with Disability stream for the first time, to help business owners with disability grow their business. Vouchers of up to $25,000 are available through this stream.

The Entrepreneurs with Disability voucher stream is one of the initiatives developed and delivered through a partnership between the Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions as part of the Every opportunity: Victorian economic participation plan for people with disability 2018-2020

The plan identified that entrepreneurs and business owners with disability in Victoria may benefit from developing business capabilities through accessing specialist assistance to resolve growth limiting issues and/or to take advantage of growth opportunities.

Boost Your Business is now in its third year and more than $6 million worth of vouchers has been funded so far.

Round 3 of Boost Your Business is now open and closes on Sunday 12 May 2019.
