The Victorian Government is working on a plan to help disability advocacy grow and get stronger in the future.

Disability advocacy is critical to advancing the rights of people with disability, preventing abuse and upholding the rights of people with disability.

The department is looking for feedback on its ideas for the Disability advocacy futures plan 2018–2020 to help make it better.

The plan will be vital to achieving an inclusive Victoria, and will help the  government improve the Victorian Disability Advocacy Program and determine how to best invest funding in the future.

To read the discussion paper and share your ideas, please see the Victorian disability advocacy futures plan 2018-2020 page of the State disability plan website.
