Ministerial Statements of Expectations for regulators establish clear expectations for regulator performance and improvement

These Statements of Expectations articulate Ministers' expectations for regulator performance and improvement. 

They outline the expectations each regulator will undertake to meet ministerial performance expectations and performance targets.

They are consistent with requirements under the Statement of Expectations Framework for Regulators and includes appropriate actions to deliver on the Minister’s improvements.

Ministerial Statements of Expectations 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2021

The Ministerial Statements of Expectations cover the period 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2021 and are issued by the Minister for Health, Minister for Ambulance Services and the Minister for Child Protection, Minister for Disability, Ageing and Carers.
